Phil has helped me with my mortgage on two occasions now, and I'll be going back to him next time I need to renew too. To say that I have no clue about setting up a mortgage would be an understatement... Phil helps me to understand the ins and outs of different mortgages in a simple way and holds my hand at every step of the way. This is the second time we’ve used Mortgage Advice Bureau Cheltenham having used them for both a first-time buyer mortgage and a re-mortgage. Phil was able to answer all of our queries with ease and made the whole process much easier by chasing up solicitors. His knowledge of lenders and where to look made the whole process easy to go through and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We recently bought a flat, and Phil dealt our mortgage. My case was a slightly complicated case, but he is very helpful and professional. We eventually got a very good mortgage deal as on schedule. Due to the COVID situation, all the meeting was held on-line, but no issue at all. Highly recommended.
