Five years later she is still guiding meI started seeing Kate for Pilates training when I began using it in my physiotherapy practice. Her tailored approach to teaching allowed me to build confidence in my own movement practice and in the prescription of Pilates for those with back pain, neurological conditions and clients just looking to enjoy the process of building strength. Five years later she is still guiding me and I look forward to many more years of learning with her.
