Honestly left a 1 star because it was the only way to leave a review… the women I went to (short hair and glasses, 2nd to last person) wasn’t watching what she was doing throughout and was too invested in having a conversation….Cut my finger and went over the cuts with a buffer, continued to engage in her conversation and wasn’t looking at what she was going whatsoever…I most definitely will not be coming back… ever….

I got my eyelashes done yesterday and one of them started to come out. I returned to the shop and they put it back in for me. A few hours later it has started to come away again. Not a very good service , I do not recommend this service

Avoid at all costs.I’ve had acrylics for about 8 years now and I used this place for the first time last weekend for holiday nails. Worst set of nails I’ve ever had.When I first went in I asked if they take card, I was told no. The first lie.I went off and drew out £50, on my return I explained I only had £50 and would it be enough for what I wanted. I was assured it would be and I was ushered to a chair. The second lie.Upon completion I was asked for another £25, and told to pay by card.I explained my frustration and agreed to pay another £12.50, I thought they should offer a gesture of covering the rest. They rudely bartered with me and I ended up paying another £15.One snapped within 24 hours, another not painted to the edges, which meant I had a chip too. I did get this repaired free of charge but could feel that they were not happy about it. Another snapped within 4 days, whilst I was on holiday. And now just over 1 week later I have nails starting to lift!I will attempt to speak to them about it, but after the icy reception I got last time my hopes aren’t high for a resolution.

Service wasn't bad. Nails looked fine after my manicure and polish. Next day I noticed almost all of my fingers were chipped and split and now after the 3rd day the polish has started to peel off one of my fingers. I don't think they use good quality products as I had taken all the necessary precautions to protect my nails and was expecting the polish to last at least a week not 2/3days. Such a shame. Will not be going back.

I got my nails done 5 days ago, paying £40 for what I wanted. One snapped on Saturday evening. Then another pinged off as well as two others cracking. I called the salon and explained my problem in which they told me to come in. I come into the salon and address my problem and the manager as well as other staff were really rude and just not considerate in any way. The manager just sat on her phone and shouting at the return policy whilst another woman addressed the policy to me. Not happy and will never be coming back here in my life.

I don't like to complain, but this case must be seen. first of all, you are not treated with respect towards the employees of the salon. I asked for something, but it seems that no one had time to listen to me, having another occupation, while talking, you laugh at your demands with the other employees after each request of mine. I hope that work on attitude and hospitality . Never go back .

VERY unpleasant experience. The nail tech was incredibly rude and impatient and spoke to me through demands. The service was incredibly rushed and rough on my hands - Multiple times the nail tech cut the extensions too short on the sides of my nail bed and instead of taking the time to redo it, she filed my nail beds down so now i have small stinging patches of raw exposed skin around my nail. Absolutely no care or respect for the customer - I felt very much like an annoyance for asking for anything and felt very rushed to make decisions, particularly as it seemed like the conversations being had among the staff were the highest priorities to them. Do not recommend.

We are regular customers for the eyebrow services. Went in today for eyebrow waxing and threading with the younger eyebrow lady. (From the previous comments she is the rude looking one). Came out with a large scratch on my forehead which definitely wasn’t there before . We questioned the lady (because we believe it is extremely obvious it has come from the thread scratching the skin). The lady denied it and said it is an healed mark as it has already dried. We tried to explain that’s not how scratches work. She then started shouting and swearing at us in front of the customers, and then even tried to get another customer involved which is absolutely shocking. If she had just been honest and said it was a mistake this would have been fine.The other 2 ladies are excellent and friendly but avoid this women. Extremely disappointing and absolutely shocking and nasty behaviour, we couldn’t believe this and had made us deeply upset. It has made my daughter extremely self conscious.

Absolutely awful customer service. Try to cut corners and when I asked for them to remove what was left of my remaining nail colour I got verbal abuse from the staff, which consisted of them shouting that I was being too fussy. Avoid like the plague!!!!! I’ve heard many similar stories from other customers that have visited. Just to add I was previously a loyal customer coming in for the last 12 years, I am utterly appalled and disappointed at how downhill the salon has gone.
