Queen Nails

Lovely owner, great service, my niece very happy with her gel nails. Salon could do with a bit of a clean, very dusty ornaments, dirty glass door & windows, also very expensive, £47.00 & cash only! This cash only practice seems to be the normal for salons in Taunton, wonder why these outlets are unable to provide card machines?

Always get great nails done here a fast and friend service. They are keen to try out new and do unique designs for me and they always look great.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you ladies.

On entering the ‘salon’ I was hit by an overwhelming smell of chemicals and the tatty appearance of the place inside but I ignored my instinct to turn around and leave. I saw a small boy approximately 2 years old (evidently the responsibility of one of the nail technicians) wandering around the salon and breathing in the chemical fumes! The place appeared very dirty with poor hygiene standards and no evidence of cleaning equipment or surfaces between customers. The process of getting my nails done was fairly quick but I was left with nail varnish on my skin which I had to request be removed - a considerable amount was left even after that. I requested a Shellac French Tip finish, but two weeks later when I went to a professional beautician to have them removed I was told that it wasn’t Shellac due to the fact that the varnish was very difficult to remove - the white tips had to be removed by shortening my nails beyond the level of the white paint. Definitely not going back here.

Wouldn’t go anyone else. Been here for 8 years now. Always come out with fabulous looking nails and get lots of compliments at work. Fair price with great customer services. Staffs are really friendly and polite. Would highly recommend !

The acrylics I got looked good when I first left but over the week the gel colour began to fade, I got a bright pink colour and it faded to nearly a white so I had to paint over them with my own gel nails at home. They did the acrylics too far out from my cuticle so it growing out fast. Wouldn’t recommend

I got acrylics done yesterday and they are terrible.. She didn't cover the whole nail on any of them. Have gaps in the side where I can see real nail still. There are so many bubbles in it. Never going back

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!!!!Went to this salon yesterday, walked in as my normal salon cancelled on me, she happily took me in! Was happy to just get into a salon! As she asked me to look at the colours.. the colours weren’t smooth on the nails at all.. there were little blobs everywhere!! She did my acrylics!! When I say she took absolutely no care with my nails.. she didn’t measure the tips.. shoved glue onto the nails.. didn’t bother to wait for them to stick down!! She asked me what shape I wanted.. I asked for coffin, when I say I asked this woman multiple times to please file more down so they were even!! She would say “this is how I do it!” Like honey.. you are meant to be doing what ur client asks for.. she went to charge me before I got paint on my nails and went to charge £38.. I was shocked as i have never paid more than £30 for acrylics.. and that’s with paint on.. At this point I didn’t even care about getting my nails done and just wanted to leave, so I left without any paint on them and having paid £28 for probably the worst acrylics I’ve ever had!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!!!!I had to get my boyfriend to go and get my a nail file so I could sort them out, I have done my best but I’m so annoyed and will be getting them sorted else where!! Do not go here!! Awful awful service!!!
