I have been to this salon today and Jay, the guy that take cared of me it was amazing, I show to him one picture of the kind of nails that i wanted and he told me to trust him and he was going to do something better and similar. I was really surprised to see that actually the job It was 100times better then the picture. I liked its accuracy and he was really friendly and funny. All the staff looked reliable and competent. I am very happy of service that I got ☺️ 100% recommended,my favorite place for nails.Sara

I am absolutely in love with my nails! Also staff members were kind and polite and the place is offering a 10% discount for students, and NHS staff.

Went in for a manicure. Asked to return later. Nails shaped wrongly and then filed down short to make them even. Nail bed wasn't covered completely and a couple of nails had to be fixed. The young woman was more interested in doing her own nails (and checking her phone) than serving customers. Charged £28 instead of £24 and was refused a receipt.

It’s my third appointment with Princess nails. I had ombre first and got French tips this time. I recently got relocated to London, and it’s such a surprise to find the place. I’m really happy with all the nail artists. The French tips were done by Tam. I recommend him to everyone. He was super patient with me and the paid a lot of attention to details. The nail styles in Asia are very different from here, but they managed to do my nails according to my request.

Amazing nails every time! These guys do not mess around, you give them an inspo pic and they go above and beyond. Nails last 3+ weeks and I have never had them fall off once!
