UPS Access Point

Ok

This UPS access point is not a proper one.They refuses to take my return claiming to need an invoice.But managed to return without invoice on the other UPS Access Point.Unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional.

drove there to be told we don't do UPS anymore... super use of time...

The service was very bad and the staff where very rude and did not accept my return for no reson

Guy on the till declined to collect today 27Dec 2:01 PM (Sunday) even though its a small box, for no valid reason. Asked me to come back on Tuesday. Shop is open and working as normal.

The staff were very rude and unpleasant. I used their UPS drop off service and I will never visit them again; next time I will travel further to another drop off point. I have used other drop-off points in a local shop before and never had experienced anything like this - voice being raised at me and spoke to me in a very patronising tone and rhetorical (mocking) questions. I was really taken aback and I really don't understand their poor attitude - they receive money to do this?!I had all the information with me but let the seal open of the plastic envelop containing copies of the invoice in case they needed to retain one of the copies; such a minor thing - doesn't take long to seal and it led to the staff being very rude.
