Nether Edge Dry Cleaners

Went here a while ago and did a big wash. Price was fair and they folded my clothes. Unfortunately they burned a hole in one of my shirts but I only found it now as it was folded in a way that I didn't notice

Visited this dry cleaners a number of times with brilliant service, however most recently after receiving my coat back after cleaning, it was damaged and part of the coat ripped, which now needs to be repaired. Called to enquire after a refund for the clean, due to the damage caused and was met with terrible customer service. Refund refused and no responsibility taken, not even an apology. As I mentioned on the phone, I don’t blame anyone for the damage and I certainly don’t think anyone did it on purpose. However, I believe a refund on the cost of the clean should have been given, and an apology for the damage. Certainly not happy with this service and will not be returning.

Fabulous service, don't know what we would do without them whilst recovering from spinal surgery. Very fair prices and speedy collection/ delivery service. Thank you!

Clean, very helpful staff, and good service.The two reasons why thi doesn't get an excellent are that it's a bit tatty, and that there are ALWAYS 2 or 3 machines out of order.

Absolutely the worst laundry in sheffield shrunk all my expensive clothes and when approached extremely aggressive and refused all responsibility the staff are extremely overweight and a possible cause for their inept standards.

Rude staff overpriced

Overpriced and rude staff. The woman talked to me as if I am not welcome or if she thought I had not enough money. She obviously doesn't need any customers. At the end I didn't use the service.I was really desperate to wash my clothing and I would have paid, if she would have been nice. But I don't pay rude people...

Excellent service, reasonably priced and staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend.
