I had lip filler with Dr Hayley and she was fantastic! She explained the procedure really thoroughly and really put me at ease. Both Hayley’s (on reception and Dr Hayley) are so lovely and welcoming, you feel like you are being greeted by friends when you enter the building and the surroundings are beautiful. So professional and thorough from start to finish and I’m so happy with the result!

It is honestly a pleasure to be there every time I go and they make sure every client feels known, valued and appreciated. The clinic is STUNNING, the staff are super friendly, attentive and incredibly professional, and there is nowhere I else I would go - everything I’ve had done at the clinic has been incredible, perfect results every single time. They are also a true asset to the Isle of Wight: where most clinics feel quite ‘country bumpkin’ (or tired…), you feel like you’re stepping into Harley Street when you go to see Hayley - we are incredibly lucky to have them!

It's an absolute pleasure to attend the Courtyard Clinic for treatment. The staff are all welcoming and professional. Dr Hayley is knowledgable and her expertise at creating the desired effect is second to none. From the initial consultation to having the treatments, the service was superb. This was the first IPL treatment I had undertaken. . Hayley on reception recommended the treatment as it best suited my needs and booked me in for a consultation with Dr Hayley. Dr Hayley examined my skin thoroughly and asked what I’d like to achieve and together we agreed the best treatments. Dr Hayley explained the procedure, answered all my questions and put me at ease.During the treatment she explained what she was doing and the sensations I was likely to experience.Once the treatment had finished she explained in detail the aftercare. The following day I received a call to check how I was getting on. I had a follow up examination a few weeks later to check the results which I’m delighted with. We took before and after photos and I would be happy for the clinic to show them to other prospective clients.I will be returning for more treatments and would certainly recommend Dr Hayley and The Courtyard team. They are all friendly, extremely professional and caring. The clinic has a feeling of calm and tranquility. Much thought has gone into its design and the attention to detail by the team makes you feel special.

I visited Dr Hayley for advice on my thinning lips and ever deepening marionette lines. I was looking to rejuvenate these areas whilst retaining a natural look.Dr Hayley was very warm, friendly and clearly an expert in what she does. I was immediately confident that she could achieve the look I was after.I am absolutely thrilled with the results, my lips are fuller and my marionette lines are virtually unnoticeable, I look fresher and a better version of me.

She took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure, I opted for the dental block which I would highly recommend as I didn’t really feel much at all. Afterwards I had very minimal bruising and swelling which was a nice surprise. I am so so happy with the results, my lips still look like my own but so much fuller and better than before which has given me so much more confidence! I now have the lips I have always wanted and am so glad that I took the plunge and put my trust in Dr Hayley after years of debating.
