I had never heard of ABC, but, luckily, my husband who works in the trade had and what a little gem it is! The showroom is spotless, full of great quality stock and lots of inspiring layouts. There is almost too much to choose from and we actually ended up choosing an exact copy of one the bathrooms on display, right down to the tiles on the floor and the wall. Everything we needed was available there, a complete one stop shop. Mark was fabulous and able to talk “trade” with my husband whilst still understand and interpret my wants and needs for our bathroom. I am beyond delighted with the quality of every piece that we purchased. Everything came together seamlessly, there were no problems with delivery and our bathroom is simply perfect for us. Now, when I go on holiday, the 2 things I miss the most are my own bed and my shower. Thank you to Mark for inspiring us, understanding us and exceeding our already high expectations.

When planning our bathroom renovation, I did a lot of comparative shopping around but could not beat ABC for price and quality.  All the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process and made the planning stage particularly smooth. In particular, Mark Yeates was always on hand to offer constructive suggestions and alternative options. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to have several very productive meetings with plenty of samples to assist in refining our plans. All our bathroom materials were supplied on time and in perfect condition. Our bathroom looks amazing and works beautifully. I would thoroughly recommend ABC - Mark and the team were a pleasure to work with.

Ashford Plumbing Centre listened to exactly what I had in mind and in my vision for my en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. Mark Yeates took the time to visit my home with the bathroom fitter to carry out a detailed site survey to make sure everything was taken into account with great consideration for custom measurements and suitable product specifications whilst remaining mindful of budget at the same time. Even when I changed my mind on the basin at the last minute they found a solution quickly and efficiently, nothing was ever too much trouble. True professionals with excellent customer service and excellent results. Can't recommend them enough!

Recently bought a shower from APHS and found all members of staff to be extremely helpful. Dale and Vernon promptly answered any questions that I had and would go out of their way to help. Shower is working perfectly and a very happy customer. I would highly recommend this company.
