The Brows Lounge

The lady who's in here is very lovely but I've had eyelashes done for two times now and both times they haven't lasted longer then 3/4 days, which is a shame but I don't wanna have to keep coming here 2/3 times a week for infills

Disappointed! I went to this salon to get my eyelashes extension remove and for threading my eyebrows. The process for the eyebrows was fine but to remove the eyelashes extension was quiet painful. As well, I've got over charged. When they told me £19 I didn't think that much about it, but later on when I was checking the prices here, it says £10 for remove eyelashes extension and £6'50 for the threading the eyebrows. It was just £3'50 what I've got extra charged but if is something they do with every customer I don't think it's nice.

Poor service went in for a brow thread and tint. was left looking an absolute mess and to make matters worse the lady tried to remove extra tint by using wax with out asking. My 3 Yr old would have done a better job

I have visited the Brows lounge Northend on a few occasions now and finally got around to leaving a review. Savi is very attentive and gives great advice for skin care and beauty regime. Her calm and professional manner is consistent on every visit and I will continue to visit and recommend her.

Had some waxing and my brows done here by Savi and she did a great job I'm very pleased.I was very nervous as I have never had treading done before but I will be back. She made me feel relaxed and told me what to do.There was a 10 mins wait as there was 2 people before me. But the atmosphere in here is nice, comfortable seats, warm and Savi had everything under control. Great prices

They were super nice!! I usually get nervous getting my eyebrows done but they made sure to ask me how I’d like it styled and that I was comfortable throughout the process. Today was my first time going there but it definitely won’t be my last! Thank you guys!! :)

I had eyelash extensions done by the lady here not only did she cut my own lashes the process of getting them done was painful and uncomfortable the lady was rude and made my pay extra for time she spent doing them my eyelashes constantly hurt when I had them on and she claimed they were hybrid lashes but were actually classics I do not recommend getting eyelash extensions done here unless you want you're natural eyelashes cut and be in uncomfortable pain as the eyelashes weren't applied right and were constantly twisting on my eyes along with being payed extra because she took longer
