She offers good value for money and I get the sense that she genuinely cares about finding the right tenant for the right property. I have valued her advice and expertise and there is no doubt that I would choose to work with her again.

I intended to buy a house in the West Midlands. I know the agent worked for 'Open House; and was only contactable through the St Helens office but worked locally in the West Midlands.I found this agent the worst.He did not seem to have a handle on the sale and for some reason failed to provide the memo of sale for my solicitor. It took over two weeks before I lost my temper and withdrew my offer.At one point he shouted at me over the phone as he was adamant I had called him earlier that day but I had not and then he realised he had the wrong customer. Whilst he did apologise, this is very unprofessional. I would not recommend 'Open House'.Really poor service.

Peter goes out of his way to accommodate all your needs. Nothing is to much. Call or text him any time of day if you have any queries. Sold our house in less than 24 hours. Couldn't recommend more. Martyn
