Please avoid this company if you want basic communication. After two weeks of trying to find out when I could expect updates ready, I get a text message with I'll get back to you". This guy shows a complete lack of respect to his clients and communication is something I've never experienced with anyone in the trade

Worked with James regarding my conversion to flats and substantial rear extension project. He provided feedback to the architect to amend the drawings which reduced the number of RSJ's required to a minimum, helping keep building costs down. He had always been responsive to questions I have had. More than happy to work with James again.
