Super big store with vast collections of shoes and training gears. The in-store customer service was not so good - kinda lazy and not so engaging, and confidently giving wrong information. However, it becomes messy when you'd try to reach out over the phone. They simply never pick up the phone - I wonder what's the point of having a contact number if customers' can't reach you?

Havent been here in a few years was followed around the store like i was going to commit a bullion heist - still spent £70 then went to Decathlon and spent £367. Never judge a book by its cover.

I was there yesterday to buy my first pair of football boots. The employee employees that helped me was very nice and gave a lot of effort to help me find the right size.Something had gone wrong with some of the sizes in the different difference shoes, but despite that it was a nice experience shopping their there!

Like previous comments, the store staff, starting with the Manager, had terrible service. I regret not having read the reviews before. If you can avoid entering, it would be better.

Staff more interested in talking to each other instead of serving customers plus staff are rude and miserable dont want to be there no signs saying on line collection and can only pay down stairs where it clearly says pay here upstairs i will never go there again

We went on 10/14/23 today to buy a pair of sports shoes and the staff who serve us are terrible, they don't deserve to be serving people, it took us 1 hour for them to serve us and 3 times they brought us the wrong shoes, a lot of people waiting, it's a terrible service. Shame

I would give negative ratings if there is an option. One of the staffs at the cash counter was so rude to me today(29-Nov 07:00PM)when asked about price of a shoe and request for another size was made. She was seen yelling at other staffs and also was showing similar behavior towards other customers.I wonder how such a person is in charge of cash transactions where customer interaction is so pivotal.I would never visit this store again in my life. Sports direct, please make it a top priority to train your staff on how to handle customers.
