Royal Mail - Bristol North Delivery Office

Sometimes OK but mainly staff have no concept of what 'polite' means. They take their time even when a few in the queue and when I mentioned that my parcels are given to me very wet so.etimes/ripped open no one cared at all. Hope it improves. Had a nice Royal Mail di ery woman recently but she doesn't work there I guess. I added this later today because, unusually, I went to pick up my parcel there so I didn't miss the delivery, and a polite cheerful man got my parcel for me!! I have never seen him before but nice. Another visit yesterday a man friendly enough gave me parcel but defended postman who gives sopping wet torn parcels letters even though they are not meant to give e smcustoners damaged items and are meant to put the torn stuff in a plastic bag....Hope!

I know the opening times are annoying and I know the wait for parcels can sometimes be ridiculous, BUT that isn't on this delivery office, that's on Royal Mail in general.The staff have always been really friendly here and always helpful. Posties are amazing, even when I give them 6 parcels to collect!

These five stars go purely to Euan who very kindly got my parcel for me when the collection office had closed. I understand there are probably good reasons as to why the post office is open for such few hours (today it was 8am-10am), but I was very stressed as it was my only day off and I was not aware of these changes. My parcel would have been sent back to the seller before I had another day off to collect. So thank you Euan who was passing by and went out his effort to get my parcel even though he probably had a lot of his own work to get on with, on such a boiling day too!! Thank you!!

Most staff are helpful and rarely had any problems picking parcels. I gave 3 stars because there is one staff member who is really rude. I gave the benefit of doubt as I thought he was having an off day. But everytime he serves me, he is just unpleasant.

If 0 stars were an option I would choose that, rude unhelpful staff with no customer service skills.

Great sorting office that covers my road in BS7Over the covid period you could more or less have my post delivered by the same postman within 1/2 hour each day (as long as I got post) - I always know when he (Steve) is not around s the times vary and I get all sorts of postA couple of others who cover this street are really friendly but also I would use the term that they are old school" and will miss them greatly when they retire!!Keep up the good work"

Not the best place to pick up your parcel. Opening times is bad. Service not good at all. Came in being friendly saying good morning saying I have a parcel to pick up, presented my ID. Asked if I have a red card, I said no, but I have an email. They said “saying what?” in a rude way. Whilst I was getting the email up they just gave my parcel. Worst royal mail experience ever. Avoid this place as long as you can.

The postmen are brilliant but my parcel that I'm waiting for has been saying for 2 days its gonna be delivered and hasn't turn up I think this is very poor service

Seriously! Our letters were literally chilling at the delivery office for 10days. Apparently due to staff sickness. It’s more like understaffing! They told us that they attempt to deliver letters every 3 days.
