Awfully inefficient branch. Waited in a queue for 10 minutes only to get to the counter and be told there was a further 10 minute wait for drinks. In the meantime cars are constantly going round the back so they prioritise people sitting in their heated cars rather than people standing in front of open fridges.

Good, quick service. Ordered 1 hot chocolate and 2 americanos. Taste was there, high quality. Staff were friendly but efficient. Sugar was asked for and staff were accommodating. Drive thru was used but also sit inside available. Ample parking. Difficult to get out in rush hour.

Can't beat anywhere better than this starbucks, i visit often but on my visit today I left with a smile. i was served by the very pleasant dani, she greated me with a smile, asked how my day was going and took my order with attention and made sure it was correct before finalising regardless of them being very busy. Very friendly and a credit to crewe starbucks.

I’ve been first time here with my family and friends. I made order online and there was some errors with it but baristas multiple times checked with me and colleagues if everything right. That’s important for me as I’m breastfeeding and I drink soya milk only and decaf coffee. Like this place, but a little too stuffy to stay in especially with newborn.

As lovely as usual. Staff, one guy, is smart enough to recognize my face while all of them can't take the time to tell me what products are our of stock before starting making my order in person. The latte and cappuccino forth is as big as the Himalaya and it shouldn't be like this. It shows the coffee culture is totally broken.

This place is usually great and I have to be honest the drinks are always good but the service is shocking. Declan especially can be very rude. I was met this morning with eye rolls and huffing and puffing when using my blue light card and then the app. It’s not my fault the app doesn’t let you attach the blue light card to the app.

Slow service despite only one person in the entire shop 3 staff on, was given a wrong drink and looked at as if I’d made the mistake. The tables were covered in cups and plates. Really poor management and my drink was awful I think it was made with soy milk! Won’t be visiting again. Sorry. It really needs better staff.

Me and my mum went in for a drink. Absolutely filthy everywhere, very quiet but there was cups everywhere and not a single clean table. Drinks took ages and miserable girl on bar. Waited a while to be served too only to be treated like a fool and got charged wrong.
