Made an appointment to have my hair cut on Friday 21st April 2023. I said I would call back today to confirm the appointment as I was going to book a day off. Called back to confirm and was told there is no appointment free. I spoke to Kelly who booked me in today and if I couldn't book the day off I would have the appointment for the 25th April. I heard the lady i was speaking to ask Kelly and she said to her its gone now. So she came back to say it was for the 28th April not this Friday. I told her that it was for this Friday and I had now booked the day off and I wasn't happy. Still tried to tell me it was for the 25th . Why would I ask for and earlier appointment when I had the Tuesday 25th. I wouldn't of minded if they had been honest. Hate being lied to and trying to make me look like I lost my mind. Shame on you Head Rush. Very disappointed. I liked coming to you. I wont be recommending you to anyone from now onwards. I have now wasted a days holiday. I should sue you for that day.
