AVOID!I purchased a kitchen from here (costing several thousand pounds) and am so unhappy with the quality and overall experience. The service in the showroom is good, but the product you receive is not. You will then find after sales enquiries and complaints are ignored - you're passed on to call centres and generic email contacts and left overlooked and there's little you can do about it. Once Wickes have your money, they have no intention of helping you.

Would give 0 if I could, brought a kitchen and bathroom refit from here and it's almost a year later and it's still not finished!!!Our builder just disappeared one day and when he was here, he would disappear to other jobs that he finished.Despite numerous phone calls we have had no one call back with a diffinetive answer and total give up with wickes.

Tiles & tile equipment / accesories. Excellent customer service (by Lucy). We were looking for some bright patterned tiles and although we couldn't find exactly what we intended, Lucy helped us with suggestions and options. She then researched and found several nearby Wickes stores that held some stock and called them as well as ordered for us: really impressed.Thanks so much - we'll be back.The store is easy to get to (near Elmers End / big Tesco) and is set in a commercial site with other similar DIY stores. Plenty of parking and has a disabled accessible entrance.Highly recomended.

So disappointing. We were really looking forward to a design consultation with Wickes for our new bathroom. However, the whole consultation lasted not even 10 minutes and basically consisted of us being given a paper 3D print out and a list of costs and a brochure to take away if we wanted to change anything around...however, the brochure contained no prices and there was no guidance as to what would or wouldn't work with our bathroom. We were hoping we could spend the time tweaking and designing our perfect bathroom with the intention to either use Wickes for the whole job, or buy the fittings we'd decided on in the design process and then use an independent for the labour. Our appointment was late on in the day, and we just got the impression that the guy just wanted to wrap up and go home. He also said he'd follow up with us, he never did.

Absolutely poor from the start; spent 20k on a kitchen to watch it fall apart and has taken over 2 years to fix it which still hasn’t happened, the people in the shop have no clue on what to do and I am just being ignored- DO NOT PURCHASE A KITCHEN FROM WICKES!!!

Careful about checking absolutely EVERYTHING when it arrives, if you discover anything wrong, even 1 day after the cut off point, they have ZERO flexibility. But when you are in their showroom, oh, how helpful and caring they are! Corporate beasts with no heart.
