Iv never seen a unorganized pharmacy in all my time. There has been a constant cycle of repeated behaviours if unprofessional staff with a bad attitude and not seem to have a clue of wot it is there doing. Iv been on a number of occasions to pick up my prescription and had to be told that there isn't staff so can't be given. Or simply that in there working hours they are at the café grabbing a bite to eat. Iv even arranged to pick up my medication by telephone at opening hours and asked for it to be ready for me upon arrival as am due for work and will be away for a week arranged all before hand with my doctor to get there and to be told to come back later. Iv gave them my number to call me as soon as possible and and at the first chance they get staff for them to call as I need to catch a flight and they never bothered to call me. I ended up walking in to check and there was staff on and all up on running even knowing my situation. It's really shocking. Attitude of some staff is terrable they seem to make up there own time schedule and rules and regs..

Staff can't seem to tell their heads from their feet, let alone do their jobs without prejudice. I have had medication somehow dissappear from my bag before it is even handed over and there's always a web of lies when someone screws up. You would think asking to speak to the manager would help ? Nope she's only at work 20% of the time and never does her job as well as being the one with the most prejudice and makes absolutely no attempt at hiding it. Being the only open late pharmacy around they should be held to allot higher slandered!

Lovely staff very friendly and very helpful and they helped me to get my meds due to another chemist saying they hadn't got my prescription phone asda and they found my prescription and sorted them straight away

Just wanted to share my experience yesterday at the pharmacy. I went for my flu vacination and the lady pharmacist was fantastic thourough proffesional and very kind. We had a long conversation about flu and covid etc she wanted to take my blood presure and told me she monitors hers daily and suggested I obtain a machine her advice was sound and I have ordered one today in todays world customer service like this is very rare you should be proud of your staff at the counter as well as pharmacist.

Poor customer service. The staff member rolled her eyes when I gave her my wife's prescription following discharge from hospital. They didn't have the most important item, and told me to return on Sun. On Sun, I was told that they didn't have deliveries at weekends. Mon was BH. I phoned before setting out on Tues, informed they had the item in stock and to give them half an hour to make up the script. I arrived at 12.45 to be told they are closed until 13.00. At 13.00 I was given just 100 mls of a 280 mls script, and again left waiting. A very poor experience, and my wife has been left in agony following major surgery for 3 days. I hope that we never need this service again.

Part time pharmacy manager only. No warning of medical storage conditions. Better than donnington Asda pharmacy.
