Marco was brilliant from start to finish. He made the entire process so easy. I got married on December the 27th 2020. He went above and beyond for me, even with the covid restrictions and it being so close to Christmas. He listened to every idea I had and bought them to life, even the small details – everything was exactly how we wanted.I cannot recommend him enough. He’s so talented at what he does. Marco was fantastic, If you are planning an event- or your wedding he is your man.The florals were superb at our wedding and he made the whole process really seamless and fun. We met one day at the venue and he bought samples of vases and bits and bobs to really help us decide on what we wanted. He was also incredibly helpful on the day- the wedding coordinator was so grateful for Marco's help and he was so chilled and lovely - just the type of company that you want on your wedding day. Title: Dissatisfied with Dishonest Wedding FloristI had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Marco, and I must say it was far from a pleasant one. The promise of beautifully arranged wedding florals turned out to be nothing but disappointment and dishonesty.From the beginning, Marco seemed attentive and eager to help with our wedding flower arrangements. He assured us that he could create the perfect floral arrangements to complement our special day. However, as the wedding day approached, things began to unravel. The images that he provided on the moodboard, which also formed part of our contract with him, were not the same, in fact far from!Firstly, the florist failed to deliver the exact flowers we had discussed and agreed upon during our initial consultations. Instead of the exuberant blooms we had envisioned, we received a lackluster assortment of poor wilting flowers that did not have any likeness to the wedding's theme and mood board images. My husband’s buttonhole was a rather large, too large, fully opened white rose that struggled to stay upright on his lapel, despite several guests coming to his rescue, thus resulting in a droopy flower most of the day which in turn made an appearance in every single picture. All of the bouquets were sub-par and not as expected, or bear any likeness to the mood-board pictures we had agreed upon.Furthermore, the florist claimed that the floral arrangements would be grand and abundant, but what we received was a half-hearted attempt at creating a wedding-worthy display. The arrangements looked haphazardly thrown together, lacking the attention to detail and elegance we had expected.To add to our frustration, we discovered that the florist had charged us exorbitantly for the subpar floral arrangements. It felt like a complete rip-off, and we couldn't help but feel deceived by his dishonest pricing practices.What’s more, on the Sunday, the day after the wedding for collections, Marco took four of the arrangements that belonged to us, arrangements that we had paid for, resulting in £360 worth of florals. I reported this to the police, when Marco refused to return our florals. This was classed as theft.When we addressed our concerns with the florist, he was dismissive and unapologetic, refusing to acknowledge his mistakes or offer any form of compensation. This lack of accountability only intensified our dissatisfaction with his services.In conclusion, my experience with Marco at Hiden Floral was thoroughly disappointing and disheartening. His dishonesty, lack of transparency, and substandard floral arrangements left a bitter taste in our mouths during what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. I strongly advise anyone considering his services to be cautious and explore other reputable florists who value their customers' happiness and trust.I can strongly advise two superb/creative florists in the name of Sophie Flower Company… she’s amazing, award winning luxury floral designer and Amanda Steele Flowers… both are fantastic.

Marco was our most favourite wedding supplier to work with! Super easy going and professional, he really listens to your vision and then works his magic. Fantastic range of additional decorative items to really bring the whole look together. Marco really did exceed all expectations we had and honestly our wedding would not have had the same impact without his work! Would 100% recommend! Thank you again Marco :)

At first we were struggling to find a florist for our wedding, but we finally came across Hiden Floral Design and it was honestly one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We are still absolutely over the moon that we found Marco and we couldn’t have asked for a better florist and stylist! He was so was kind, patient, thoughtful, understanding and communicative throughout the entire process. Almost a month has gone by since our wedding, and I’m still thinking about how absolutely STUNNING the flowers were. It took my breath away and I can’t count the number of comments that our guests have made about how gorgeous the flowers were as well. Marco went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough for making our day so incredibly special. Thank you, Marco!

Marco and the team quite literally brought our vision to life and took all our floral stresses away! Before finding Marco we were quite literally at breaking point having had disappointing experiences at initial consults with other florists. They were professional from the very first appointment from creating regular moodboards and check ins to confirm we had the overall look aligned to producing the most beautiful wedding flowers we could have imagined. Foongyee in the team was also an incredible support with any questions I had throughout the process. Don’t hesitate booking with them as they were truly a highlight of our whole wedding experience.

A belated thank you to Marco for the wonderful, unique and fascinating wedding arrangements and flowers. He wasn’t only doing the arrangements, he was actively providing amazing ideas and he was there for me at the time of a miscalculation and calmly defused all my worries. I made a choice for hiring hidden floral arrangements and I’m thrilled I did. Do not hesitate to hire them. They are perfect and you won’t regret your choice. Marco was so knowledgeable and professional throughout the process and the end result was beyond what we could have imagined. He made a stunning venue even more beautiful and played a huge part in creating the wedding of our dreams.
