Order placed in April 2022; despite numerous promises order was never delivered and my requests for a refund ignored. Have had to contact credit card issuer. I can only assume this is a scam so be aware.

Ordered beginning of October and sign never arrived. Despite sending numerous emails which were ignored. Emails that were responded to promised product would arrive on several occasions but never did. Requested a refund and still haven’t got it or a reply to the email - have now had to claim the money back through his bank - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I received my order from Adam this morning. The quality of his work is of the highest standard. The ordering process is very simple & he even emails you to update you - which I feel was a nice personal touch!I love my signs & can’t wait to put them up in my bar. I will certainly be ordering from Adam again. Thank you!

Avoid this total fraudster at all costs. I only wish I had read these Google reviews prior to ordering, Adam obviously has a history of taking orders and no fulfilling them. The pattern is that communication will start off well to lure you in and then Adam will stop replying to emails or answering calls, but only once he has your cash and makes you believe you will actually received the goods your ordered.I am fortunate as I have arranged a chargeback with my bank, but reading the other reviews, not everyone has been as fortunate.I ordered some signs on 19/12/22, still no product received. To give you and idea of the non-existent service:- Prior to ordering on 19/12/22 I exchanged emails with Adam who responded promptly- On 22/12/22 Adam emailed to say the goods have been dispatched.- On 04/01/23 the goods had not been received so I got in touch again to follow up and request tracking no.- Adam responded on 05/01/23, assuring me they would be received by 10/01/23, still nothing received.- Followed up by email on 13/01/23.- Response from Adam dated 16/01/23 apologising and saying he will provide tracking number- 19/01/23 Followed up again as no product or tracking number received, no reply- 21/01/23 Followed up again by email, no reply- 21/01/23 Called Adams mobile, no answer27/01/23 Called Adams mobile, no answerI reiterate avoid buying from the fraudster as you will not receive your products once he has your payment!!Adam, if you dispute anything in this review then feel free to give me a call.

I’m editing my review as my order has been fulfilled, and I must say the products are amazing and of the highest quality. Real life got in the way of my order being fulfilled sooner which is totally understandable, and I hope Adam and his family are all okay after what they’ve been through this year, and wish him much success with business in the future. If I’m ever in the market for this kind of thing again, I will certainly shop from here and highly recommend.

Ordered some signs and have had nothing to say they have been shipped although they are due today. Emailed and called numerous times but has no response. Communication is non existent. Very poor service. Will be trying to get my money back through my bank and reporting to trading standards. AVOID!!! At all costs

Purchased an item on the website in December 2022, received order confirmation and an estimated dispatch date. After that, I never received the item, never received any communications from them when I reached out. AVOID.
