My hot water stopped working about 10 weeks after they serviced it. Rang and was given a next day appointment. Told it would be the afternoon. So I waited in till 4.45 and rang to see what was happening as i had to go out. Was told that they were very busy and worked until 7 but could not promise that they would get to me. I had to go out and was told that I would have to wait another 2 days before someone could come. They did not seem to care about anything other than their staff are very busy". I was made to feel that I was being unreasonable. When I said that i would go elsewhere I was told that that was my choice. They are obviously too busy probably because they do not have enough engineers to cope. I will certainly never use them."

Second time of using MCD both times have been above brilliant service.We where almost let down by the carrier making a delivery to us, so made a call to MCD at 4pm, nothing was too much trouble. even made the effort to call back our of hours to ensure we received the parcel, so my lads continue to work the following day. service like this Is few and far between in the construction industry. outstanding all round!Thanks again to all involved.

Great price on ACO channel drains and incredible service. Ordered 1pm Thursday, received 1pm Friday. Saved over 25% compared to builders merchant even with postage cost.
