Ordered earl grey tea. Disappointed to find it was served with tea bag and milk in the cup like a caff. I asked the server to provide a fresh one with no milk which was done immediately and without charge or comment. I was sure they normally put milk on the side to add how much you need. Protein salad with salmon delicious.

Place has good food and hot food all self service. Soft drinks available as well as coffee options. Prices seem to have skyrocketed recently so you'll probably end up paying around £8 for a drink and a sandwich.

I have to say that this franchise of Pret A Manger is excellent. Kept tidy, great staff and the food is super tasty. I had visited it on two occasions and the the service was always great. I'd recommend having a breakfast or a snack in here.

I have visited today and left very disappointed.Lady on the counter was extremely rude and pulling faces while me an my friend were deciding on drinks.High chairs were in terrible condition, all dirty, straps covered with food.. unacceptable! Had to wipe them plus the table we were sitting on.On top of everything, staff decided to put the shutters down to signal their closure I suppose, which I think it’s not very nice considering there were still costumers in the caffe. Since I’m tall, I’ve hit my head on my way back from the toilet while holding my daughter, this could’ve ended very bad… None of the staff have even asked if we were okay.Would not be coming back.

I searched the location on map it’s showing the closing time is 8 and when I came to here at 7:30 the staff told me it’s closed. Very disappointed

Staff were very efficient but when your sitting in for a break from shopping I really don't want a cardboard cup of tea and to be freezing cold as they had no heating on ... quickest drink stop ever..won't be returning sadly.
