I can not speak high enough of these two fabulous ladies and the the first class service they provide!From my first conversation over the phone back in 2019 I automatically knew I was going to be in good hands it's been the best experience since.So welcoming and personable, they made myself, mam and aunty feel so at ease. After I found my INCREDIBLE dress I didn't want leave!Being a 2020 bride I'm onto the third time rescheduling the wedding. Ali and Andrea kept in touch during every lockdown checking what new dates I needed, going over details and just reassuring me. I really felt like a high priority to them even with everything that was going on.Two years later I finally got to try my dress on again yesterday and they made the experience so wonderful for me knowing how nervous I was!100% can recommend enough!!

We would definitely not recommend this shop. My niece purchased her dress back in January of '22 to be told it would be here by September, it wasn't. After numerous emails and un answered phone calls with 3 weeks to go till my niece flew out to Jamaica she got a response that she needed to 'calm down' the dress was arriving on the Friday. When she purchased the dress extra money was payed which was supposed to cover the alterations but Andrea argued that she didn't pay and had to pay an extra £300 on top of what she had already payed, plus extra for the under skirt. When we went for the fitting my niece had asked for a decorative lace trim to be added to the dress for her arms and the seamstress said she had over 30 years experience but had never done anything like that. When the dress was altered we noticed puckering at the seam but we were told it was already like that. It wasn't. That doesn't give you much faith in someone altering your wedding dress. It seemed like everything was an inconvenience and rushed at the fittings which there were 4 of leading up to the collection of the dress which was actually on the morning my niece flew to Jamaica. She was told we will take your photo collecting the dress, that never happened. They just spin you a yarn once they have your money and not once was my niece made to feel special in her dress during this whole experience. Ali the owner leaves Andrea in charge we think think she is very inexperienced and she is rude and obnoxious and at one stage said the veil my niece purchased was 'a bit much'. My niece was upset because of this comment when we left the shop which was also freezing at every visit. When you make a purchase of something that you dont take away from the shop all you expect is a little courtesy and a reassuring update every now and again to put your mind at mind at rest as we all know arranging a wedding is a stressful experience. And also the additional cape that came with the dress was torn and my niece never got the option to check it over before she got to Jamaica as it was already packed by Andrea on day of collection. The staff here including the seamstress who was abrupt at times have no customer care at all. Stay well away.

Well what can I say.. this women Ali has 1000% made me a happy women, after a really bad experience from Toni’s Anne buying a dress that wasn’t for me being told it wasn’t there fault I was fat.. to walking in this shop to a total different experience. She has made all my dreams come true. Give me the bridal experience and my dream dress, what a different atmosphere I experienced from the Tonia Anne shop I wasn’t looking forward to my wedding as I knew that the dress wasn’t the dress I dreamt of but not I can honestly say thanks to Ali I have my dream dress would 100% recommend this shop to anyone well done for making it all happen for me and now looking forward to my big day c

Alma & her staff were so welcoming and helpful when I took my daughter for her prom dress with a beautiful range of choices, Alma also arrange minor alterations and kept us up to date with how things were going.Alma's help, advise and non pushy approach made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our visits.I would highly recommend Brides & Beauty to anyone.We also returned for a second purchase of a Holy Communion dress to which again received the same 1st class level of service.Thank you to you Alma & your staff.xAnne Marie Marshall.

Highly recommend!!I have been in a quite a few dress shops but non have ever compared to this one. From the minute I walked in I felt like a princess, I still smile from ear to ear thinking about my experience and purchasing my dream dress.I have also came back with my future husband so we could meet with Ali and book them to decorate our wedding venue!!I just love how important they made us feel, even my FH said how amazing they are.Can't wait to work with them for the next 10 months planning and designing our perfect wedding.Thank you so much, you've honestly been amazing x

What an amazing experience this was the first dress shop I went to and fell in love with the dress of my dreams I went with my family and this was such a special evening very intimate and just overall a lovely experience I didn’t feel under pressure or uncomfortable at all! Amazing lady and amazing shop can’t wait to go back for fittings
