I think the food was well thought out and the constituent parts complemented each other. However, for the money I think it was expensive. There’s plenty of competing small plate places which the total bill is going to be half as much. I’ll come back at some point and see how’s it going as it’s a new place and bound to have teething issues. Still had a great night. Thank you

Without doubt one of the best meals I’ve had in Bristol!Didn’t know what to expect when my partner booked this one, but I was absolutely blown away by the quality - couldn’t recommend highly enough. This truly is a gem which wider Bristol needs to discover!

Great Sunday lunch! Love the Asian influence across the menu. The beef just melted in the mouth! Starters were great and a great selection of wine. Vegetables served in dishes which was nice to see. Would definitely visit again. Well Recommended

Came here today for the roast (we really wanted the cheese toastie but didn’t realise it was only a lunch thing) however the roast was stunning, short rib was cooked so lush, veg sides with so much flavour and soooo much gravy provided! Desserts were very rich by my favourite was the school cake! Service was amazing, lovely little spot, can understand the rave of their name now!

Lovely, lovely food, great venue and a solid range of veggie and vegan options. I didn’t feel short changed at all. My fave was the sushi rice ‘fries’ which were and taste and texture sensation. Nothing bad, everything tasty and exciting. Banoffee/gingoffee pud was BEAUTIFUL. We had more than what’s pictured and drinks, and it came to £54 a head (between 3 including a service charge). Not mad expensive (obviously not cheap either, but it was an EXPERIENCE). Defo worth a visit - I’m keen to go back again for Sunday roast!

Best in the business.Came here for an anniversary lunch and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The head chef and owner Seb is a master of his craft and incredibly compassionate towards guests. The restaurant provides a luxury experience without any of the added snobby-ness or arrogance found at many other eatery's in the city. If you want to have your mind blown make sure to order the putain.Stop by for lunch, dinner or drinks and you'll be sure to have a special time as the staff and setting is a jewel of the area. The team will have to get used to seeing me more here!

Really delicious Sunday roast! I completely forgot to take photos of the dinner - oops!Highly recommend the pumpkin croquette, the short rib, the broccoli cheese, and the roasted potatoes were perfection!We saw the recommendation from Bosfinesse on Instagram and had to check it out. Excellent service tooWe ordered the Rolo dessert with miso caramel and the fig cream dessert - both genuinely unique and utterly scrumptious. It’s difficult to find foods that you haven’t tried before, but these desserts were a fantastic surprise!!

New favourite restaurant in Bristol. Cane with a group of 6 and we had the best food. Mixture of snacks and sharing plates and we all left very happy. Loved the kimchi sushi fries and the celeriac main. No room left for dessert!

We (2 of us) ordered 2 snacks, 4 sharing plates, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine. The food was very tasty and cooked to a high standard. The portions were very generous and we left feeling very full (but not overly). Favourite dish for both of us was the French dip, followed by the croquette and chicken. Total bill (including service) came to £138, very reasonable we thought. Would definitely recommend.
