Good service, the guys that own the business saw to us. Very polite, pleasant and thoughtful. Lots of choice of cars to choose from.The car we picked was immaculate and has 3 month warranty.The most important part for me was the discretion and thoughtful staff. NO HARD SELL techniques.I wont hesitate to use this garage again even though they are a fair distance away.

First time i have brought a second hand car from here. Good condition. Unfortunately it had to go back for some checks on the brakes but they were thorough, took the car out for a test drive, called with updates throughout the day and did nt charge me for the parts and labour. Fantastic service. Polite, friendly and non pushy with sale etc.would highly recommend.

Honest, reliable and trustworthy garage with great service. I've been taking our family cars there for last few years and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A great family run business who provide excellent customer service with a very personal touch. Probably one of the best garages in Derby and perhaps East Midlands. Use them for MOT, servicing and buying cars. Purchased this awesome FORD fiesta from them and my wife loves it. Can't recommend enough.

I never felt pressured into spending more than I wanted to, and I was sold a great car that has run perfectly. I didn't know anything about the necessary legal paperwork for a car, but the guy explained it all to me very patiently. This is a solid local family business with an extremely high local reputation. Buying a car at a main dealer is an extremely painful experience, by comparison!

We bought a Hyundai ix20 from NRCS a year ago. James was so friendly and helpful and we felt we could trust him right away. There was no sales pressure and James was happy to help with anything - I had to go back to the office to sign some paperwork and James and his son even gave me a lift home! The sale of the car ran really smoothly, it was serviced and MOT’d with no advisories, the car has had no issues in the time we have had it and it will be going back next week for it’s MOT. Fingers crossed and I will review post MOT to let you know how it got on.

If you want a great car then this is the place to be! Just bought my Fiat Punto Automatic from here and I can't praise them enough. Fantastic company, the brothers can't do enough for you, even took my hubby to the post office so he could tax it! How good is that!! Will definitely be there next time I want a car.
