Came to pure auto after searching the web for a reputable local wheel refurbishment company. Turns out they offer an exchange service and they had the same wheels as I had on already refurbished in the colour I wanted!! So of course I exchanged mine at a great price and I was in and out within an hour! I dealt with Jake who was great through the whole process! Will be recommending to friends and family!

Highly professional service, my refurbished alloys are great, very competitive price, would definitely recommend Pure Auto Design, very satisfied customer!These were my genuine thoughts until I got home & discovered a damaged tyre sensor which punctured the tyre! Of course Pure Auto Design deny responsibility, not a satisfied customer!

A great friendly team who helped me out in my hour of need.I am completely useless when it comes to cars, so when I found a huge nail in my tyre earlier this week, I popped in hoping someone could help. I met Jake and the team who were super friendly and helpful, and noticing I had my son in the car even lent me a tyre until the new one came in. I’ve been back today to have the new one fitted and received the same friendly, warm and professional welcome and support. I would highly recommend.

I booked in for Tuesday 11am and by 12 I had a fully refurbished set fitted with new tpms stems and centre caps. Great job done by Jake and what great facilities, would recommend to anyone Cheers.

Contacted Pure Auto Design and dealt with Jordan over email before taking my car in to get some alloy damage repaired (lady driver!) Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even took me to a local coffee shop in the village whilst the work was done and picked me up! 5* customer service!

Great experience with Pure Auto Design, brilliant service from beginning to end.Firstly, I got in touch via eBay to discuss a few sets of wheels they had on offer, to which they said they could have ready for me to view when I arrived.They offered me a trade-in on my wheels, just simple photos of wheels & tire conditions, and an offer accepted on my end. I them travelled down the next day.Lads where brilliant, took my car into the workshop and put the wheels I had choosen ( 3 different styles) onto the car for me to see, once I choose the ones I wanted (21 SVR Satin Black) they took me into the village to chill at a local cafe until the wheel swap was complete. (1 hr)Can't fault their service at all. I will definitely use Pure Auto Design in the future."
