RMW Architects did a wonderful job re-planning the living space at home with merger of existing rooms and addition of an extension to create a magnificent living and dining space. Rachael presented me with several possible designs and worked with me to select the best to meet my needs as well as ensuring the resulting choice was complimentary to the existing structure of the property. Rachael managed the contractors on site and ensured that disruption to normal living was kept to a minimum throughout the project. I am absolutely delighted with the result.""

We hired Rachael to obtain planning and listed building consent on a cottage in the drive of our Grade 2 listed house. Rachael proposed some possible layouts, produced detailed drawings of the proposal and liaised with the planning department and heritage officers to successfully obtain planning and listed building consent. Despite some obstacles, (not of Rachael’s making) she persisted and worked with the council to satisfy their many requirements. She’s lovely to work with, very professional and her fees were clearly listed up front. Recommended.
