I have bought several appliances for Martyn. His prices are competitive and his customer service is excellent.

I read the last review from Sheema and can only endorse what was said as we have had similar experiences over the years buying various products ranging from vacuum cleaners to various integrated appliances. I was also impressed with the given time slot for delivery, installation and collection of old machine as this saved me repeating the experience of a whole day wasted some years ago, waiting around for another supplier, who failed to turn up. I definitely recommend.

Local retailers with the local touchFrom start to finish Broadway music and vision were excellent.From ordering a new washing machine on Monday for it to be fitted by Friday was excellent and a fantastic reason to give your business to a local retailer who really cares for their customers much unlike the big corporations to who you are only a number.I would highly recommend Broadway music and vision and for my next electrical buy I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used this supplier several times over the years without any problems but this LAST time was shambolic and will not use again. I ordered, paid, agreed on an appliance and delivery.On the day, no show, no call, when I called the shop, no apology and total lack of concern. We rescheduled for the following day, again no show, no call. Eventually the appliance was fitted the following week but issue was a gap for the integration of the appliance, they promised to come back the next day and again, no show, no call.Overall, no customer service, this supplier has lost my confidence and from the answering manner of their phones, to fulfilling their orders, the customer service level is way behind modern day standards.

They delivered a washer / dryer to my tenant and took away my old machine for an all inclusive price that no other shop could be beat. Plus the shop called me to confirm the job was completed. Great service.

Brilliant service from the whole team when we were truly in dire straits with a broken washing machine 2 days before Christmas. Can't thank them anymore! I would use them again and again.

I have been a customer of this shop for many years and have appreciated how they (Martyn) will do whatever it takes (including intensive searches) to ensure I get the product/s that meet my needs. In addition, I have now had them install a couple of built-in products (dishwasher and washing machine) which proved to be difficult as well as a freestanding condenser dryer under a counter and behind doors. All has been done with the utmost care and where another installer might have given up (especially on the built-in washing machine), Michael didn't and got it to fit. I have recommended them to several people and have always been thanked for the recommendation. Finally, they are very competitive on pricing.

I bought some ear phones for my mobile. Granted they where cheap but having opened the box on the tube, I discover that they have been used by someone else: there is earwax in the mesh of the ear pieces!!!
