Popped in today just to check the place out. I'm at the start of my cigar journey so I wanted to have a chat about how to best kickstart my adventure. The owner was very friendly, really informative and took the time to sit down and have a chin wag. Ended up leaving with a Cohiba. Can certainly see myself becoming a regular!

I am very surprised by the 5* reviews this shop has. First the place is nothing special, it seems an untidy collection of heteroclite furniture and small humidors bought in a pound shop (all with various humidity levels ranging for 45 to 60%...). Yes the staff is friendly, but there is nearly no cigars to choose from. Again, who wrote in the reviews the selection is great has never place a foot in that shop. But the biggest problem of all is none of the boxes display the EMS logo of the UK official Cuban importer. This is very suspicious and I would stay well clear of this shop

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff members. One of if not THE best cigar shops I had the privilege of shopping with. Gave precise details of what I wanted and 2 seconds it was cut for me and packaged.If you need anywhere to buy cigars from I would 100% recommend, not just for the merchandise but for the very hospitable staff members

My visit to Brighton isn’t quite the same without a visit to this cigar shop. A wide variety of cigars at great prices. The owner is friendly and patient to a social smoker like me.

Nice cigar shop , nice friendly customer service, non pushy, actually knew the reason why Cohiba cigars are in short supply and didn't give me a bullcrap excuse , unlike a competitor down the street who told me a pack of lies . I know why Cohiba are in short supply as anyone who enjoys Cohiba knows why they are in short supply.I am enjoying my purchase of 6 Cohiba Silgo lV .Nice discovery on a hot Sunday morning.Can recommend as probably the best cigar shop outside of London in the South East.Will be back .I would like to stress the cigars that I brought from Arcadia Cigars had all the correct bond marks , and where in no way illegal to sell in the UK. It is incredibly frustrating for a rival shop to make outlandish claims that Arcadia cigars are selling fake or illegal products, to just cover up there own abysmal customer service.
