Been a customer a long time, but won't be going back. Last few occasions never on time had to wait 30mins or more, no apologies quite rude in fact. Pointless having a booking system. No way should customers be treated like that, but they don't care basically. Beware !!!!

My sister came here and I was sat waiting for nails to be done for nearly 2hours. She was sat no one even speaking to her while she had them done. Then left for her nails to dry under a machine for “5minutes” after 15 we got up to pay, was told to sit back down as weren’t dry (she checked and they were). Then 2 minutes later they came over and told her they were dry now??? Also had a student card but took the discount off wrong. No way would ever come back.

Good selection of choices. Staff are not rude, like other places i visited to get quotes etc. And also were helpful as I was an absolute novice for getting false nails

I've been twice now so I could leave a good review of the service.Great prices, they did exactly what I asked for, friendly enough and always offer me a cup of tea or coffe/water. I'm not there to chat though, I enjoy the quiet and always leave feeling great.

Absolutely amazing customer service, hospitable atmosphere and the staff are incredibly hospitable, they always know how to have a good laugh. The appointments are well-organised and efficient which don’t leave me waiting, they get to you immediately!

The nails here are good. However, tonight the service I received was shocking. The way I was spoken to / shouted at for coming into the shop at 6.10 is not how I would have ever expected to be spoken to as a customer. I really hope the person who spoke to me like this starts thinking about how he should speak to people, as I have heard him speak like this to other people also. I will not be going back.
