This company gave a certificate saying they had swept the chimney in September before I bought my house. This was a chimney over a gas fire, and was a safety requirement for the sale. Today I had the chimney re-swept by another company prior to a stove installation. The sweep said in his opinion the chimney had not been swept, and the nest was still there. He said this was dangerous for a gas fire as carbon monoxide could have leaked into the room had the nest slipped and blocked the chimney.

Phoned as promised an hour before arriving to confirm he was on his way. Was quick and very proficient at sweeping a wood burning stove and open chimney. Plenty of clean dust sheets over my cream carpets and left no marks at all. Would highly recommend
