I honestly do not recommend them.Is a struggle to get my deposit back. They are keep postponed from one week to another and I am still waiting since 08.09.2016

This estate agent is the worst I have ever experienced, not only have I not gotten my deposit OVER A YEAR LATER, it turns out they didn't protect it within the government issued guidelines and if that is your problem (no deposit returned) check with the three government approved deposit companies (you should be on one of them) and you will be sure to find something fishy. Their receptionist or whatever she is - Grace - is absolutely horrible, rude and has hung up on my face several times. DO NOT USE THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE YOUNG AND UNAWARE OF UK TENANCY LAWS. (Norman was lovely, he deserves better than to work with these people)

RIP off merchants AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Same with perios across the way DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON EITHER.

If you don't want to get back your deposit, this Agency is just for you. They charge hidden fees and for cleaning services even though the house was left in a much much greater condition. I believe that they were exploiting the fact that the tenants (In this case me) moved out of the town. On an overallDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (If you want your deposit back)They are cheats and tricksters.Thumbs Down !!
