Excellent service but started to get a bit pricey been quoted £214 cheaper for a timing belt replacement from a competitor in town .I can't fault the work previously done but shop around. Also my daughter quoted £66 to fix a door handle this same competitor £19 ! Why such a big difference?guess where ill be going .

Cannot fault Ash and the team in any way! Historically, I’ve had 6 or more cars and vans fixed and serviced with the garage. Extremely knowledgeable, saving me money on a number of occasions with recommendations, and most importantly spotting a fault with my Range Rover before things got really expensive. Most recently, after noticing my MOT was due very soon, I was squeezed in late on in the day to ensure I remained on the road. There are cheaper garages in town but not many that have the quality that these guys have.Well done to everyone involved, highly recommend!

Excellent family run garage in Dumfries.We live in Norwich and use this garage to maintain my elderly mother-in-laws car, she lives in Dumfries. From its annual MOT to anytime it needs a service or a repair the staff are always polite and very helpful. Keep up the good work, it makes my job a lot easier looking after mother-in-laws car from such a distance away.

Outstanding service from Balmoral road car sales & service. After our car broke down with a seized alternator and broken auxiliary drive belt while on holiday, they fitted us in at very short notice when the AA took us in. They stayed on late to complete the work so that we could continue our journey home. Very friendly and helpful team.

Best garage in the toon in my opinion and two other family members always use this garage too. Never had any problems with them, work is always completed in a timely manner, friendly staff, chatty and helpful.Plus they'll go out of their way to help you if you're stranded, no problem.I would not take my car anywhere else.
