G-7 Removals & Transport

Used G-7 to move house at beginning of January and I was really pleased with the service. Prompt reply to my initial contact with them and very reasonably priced. Vehicle and the two guys turned up on time and packed everything up within and hour, they were really good as we had to wait for the keys to the new house and didnt pressure us despite the very long wait. Everything transported safely and unpacked again within an hour. They were so good my brother is using them at end of month for another house move. Would definitely use them in future and recommend their services.

Abosutely shocking service. Would have given them zero stars if I could. Gave us a qoute, agreed on time and date and then never pitched, after telling as 2x they are 1/2 hour away!

Wow! We couldn't have asked for a better service. On the busiest day ever for home completions (stamp duty holiday ending), we were in a bit of a panic trying to secure removals. G7 we're awesome! They answered all of my questions, arrived bang on time and were efficient. The guys were very polite, friendly and accommodating. They got the house emptied rapidly, nothing damaged at all, and they ensured they put everything in the right rooms in the new house. We can't thank you all enough and would highly recommend you. Thank you!

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS*We have used this company for a business removal and is the worst company i have dealt with very rude and aggressive they are swearing. Deposit was paid and the driver was supposed to arrive on site at 1pm but arrived at 3:40pm. Mr sigh is very rude aggressive kept calling for the deposit and then did not answer any call or justified the delay which should have been reimbursed from their side. As the driver had completed his driving hours the delivery was delayed till morning which is understandable but upon arrival they started unloading but that was stopped as they needed the rest of the payment and i did state that we should be reimbursed for the departure delay but we still made full payment. The driver then decided even though we paid the company we shouldPay him and states we said that we shall pay him. Which is very unprofessional as when you hire a company and recieve an invoice for the company that whom you pay not a driver. We were about to get the police involved as this company was acting like a thug.We were given the wrong lorry not what we requested we requested a hard box 18 ton lorry they gave us a fabric one

Peter and Phil did a great job transporting my items. They advised me of the process in full prior to moving which put me at ease. This was the first time I have used a removal service so I was worried they might have been heavy handed but they treated my items with respect and gave a professional and efficient service throughout. They even put assembled my beds for a small extra fee. I would definetly use again.

Cannot thank the team enough, after a disastrous moving day (not caused by them) they went above and beyond to help us out, and waited with no complaint.Richard, Ricky and Sam were absolutely brilliant.Would highly recommend these guys, do not consider going with anyone else. The best removal company I've ever use. Very quick and strategic about placing items in the Van. Thought I needed 2 trips due to my experience with another Van company. But G7REMOVAL got everything fitted perfectly into the Van. So happy I found them online. Had them booked for 4 hours but got loading and unloading done in under 2 hours. I totally recommend them.

Were responsive and were able to come on the same day. Cleared out my room and junk in the house and even helped to dismantle the bed. Really professional and quick. Thanks so much!
