Really happy with my purchase. I ordered my rug on Thursday, it was shipped the next day and I received it on Monday. Great communication from company all the way, and lovely friendly customer service.The rug is absolutely beautiful and I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else. They have so much choice online in style and sizes, it’s a fabulous shop. Will be recommending.

We bought our beautiful rug from Rugs Warehouse over two years ago now, and I am sorry not to have submitted a review before this.Our new rug is perfect - handsome, plain, natural fibre, perfect light colour, excellent quality, durable - exactly what we wanted (and pretty much impossible to find elsewhere!)Dealing with The Rug Warehouse was seamlessly easy and pleasurable. The delivery was super fast, I had my rug in my door step in a week's time since I ordered it. The quality is excellent, I am lucky to own a nice and warm wool rug and it's actually good value for the money. I definitely recommend this online shop.

A magical rug store! The service is exceptional and the choice is endless. We had 2 rugs made to order are absolutely delighted with them. There was a delivery glitch caused by DHL and team store had it sorted and called me regularly until everything arrived. Very impressive and a pleasure to deal with.
