Nice surroundings but staff poor with scant regard for customer service. 20 mins to make a cup of coffee whilst 5 staff members gossiping. Customers complaining returning to counter to enquire where there drinks were. Needs a manager!! Guess that's why there is always seating available here. Shame really.......☹️
