U-Ride Taxis Norwich

I’ve used this company a few times before now and every time i had a really nice experience. I used U-Ride earlier today and I got a lovely driver. She was very friendly, she was there on time which was lovely. We had a great little chat. Overall once again had a very pleasant experience with this company and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Only great experiences with this new family-owned business. Really efficient and lovely drivers. Prices are very reasonable and they have been very reliable so far. The app is good and you can see where your driver is once they’re on the way. You can choose whether to use Apple Pay, card or pay in the car. Pre-booking is easy and they turned up a couple of mins early. Would definitely recommend!

Used U-Ride for the first time the other day and they are great! Got a taxi to me really quickly and the driver was super friendly. Will definitely be using them again :)

Not from the area and trying to book a taxi for an early morning pick up, not many companies have availability due to school runs. I finally found and called U Ride and they accommodated me by working around their busy morning. Turns out they’re a very new business and already have a great set up. Easy card payment and excellent automated text messaging system updating me at the booking confirmation and then in the morning when the driver arrived. Clean car and nice, pleasant driver - who turned out to be the owner. Well priced too for a very busy time of the day. Will be using U ride when I’m in the area and certainly recommend!

Used for first time on a Friday night, easy booking on their app. Used a promo code for £2 off my first trip. Turned up on time and a lovely chill quiet ride home (I’m not a chatty customer, so appreciated I wasn’t forced into conversation!)

Had a little one at home and booked a can for midnight. 1215 no taxi. Couldn’t get through for ages. Finally did and they THEN dispatched one. Arrived 30 mins late to be stuck behind a police stop which we would’ve avoided had they been on time. Not home until 1am and little one very distressed. Had to pay sitter extra for the time. Will not use again :(
