Great staff, very friendly and compassionate.

Fair City Vets have looked after my dog, Arthur for 6 years always with care and compassion. He pulls at his lead to get into the surgery so he can greet his friends at reception. He sits patiently while being examined and receiving his monthly injection which shows he loves his visits.

Great with animals with separate areas for cats & dogs... if like my cat, gets nervous with the cage & knows where he is! Service is great with friendly & helpful staff.

I have been a customer with Fair City veterinary practice for years and have never been disappointed with the wonderful service welcome my pets and myself receive every visit. I always feel secure in the knowledge that they care about my pets and my feelings. It's not all about money and profits. They put my mind at ease when my pets need them and that is amazing.

An excellent vets, their help and support through the passing of our last dog was incredible. All their staff are polite professional and caring in all our encounters with them. The dedication and support with our older cat, new cat and our newest crazy puppy has been wonderful. Not the cheapest when it comes to prices, but I fully believe it is a case of paying a slightly higher price for a very high value of service and support. Their monthly pet plan which covers flea, worming and vaccinations as well as a discount of procedures is well worth the cost and saves overall.

Emailed late on December 23rd following video vet call with my insurance company. The vet called me back first thing in the morning, before opening, and agreed to see our boy within the next 30 minutes. He has a tooth abscess and the vet did a great job of assessing and making a treatment plan ... all on Christmas Eve! We return in the New Year for dental surgery. Poor little guy.Update: 11 October 2023.As always, fantastic service. The entire team from front desk to consultation are just fantastic. Even when I know it must be annoying to have overprotective pet parents like us (well ... me) they never once let on and remain accommodating and patient and KIND.

Staff at the front desk, technicians and vets are very friendly, helpful, thorough and very knowledgeable. One of our Corgis thinks its Disneyland for dogs with the attention he gets. Would highly recommend.
