Rang up today, my Internet stopped working yesterday. Payment was set up for 25th August, emailed a lady called Destiny who kindly reset until Sept 1st. Emailed a man who said that the Internet was cancelled, agreed to put back on the Internet and set up the direct debit 5th Sept which was paid. Yesterday stopped working told it was my fault even though I'm fully paid up. Is it a scam? Poor Company.

Bad customer communication, pressurised me for further payments when I'd canx contact due to Cuckoo not being able to supply address we were moving too. Over 6 to 8 weeks of constant pressure they finally admitted mistake and gave refund! Totally out of order... never again!

I should’ve checked these reviews before signing up with cuckoo! 3.8 stars from over 200 is bad…Anyway, they have an awful cancellation policy of £60 which they expect me to pay; which isn’t something I’m too keen on (being flat broke like most people)Definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys

Cancelled my account to go with another provider but continued to receive messages telling me to reinstate direct debit, this was after I had spoken with customer services and I had paid my last bill. Have now received a message saying they have tried to take money from my account. Complete shambles of a company

It is pretty rare to spend 18 months with an ISP and not have one single grievance. A bit devastated that I am moving to a property without fibre as these lot would be my instant first choice every time. Flexible, fairly priced and speedy plans. If you can, pick Cuckoo.Big shout out to Kumari from Customer Services, who solved my issue quickly and had top notch communication throughout.

Great, reliable internet, never had any problems in the year that I've been with Cuckoo (based in SW London). Super easy to sign up, generous referral programme, and very easy to contact customer service who reply quickly and professionally. It's slightly more expensive than other providers but short term contracts offer lots of flexibility which is worth it for me.

It was all great until it wasn't. 24 hrs with no broadband and no clue when it will be back. Customer service just shrugging shoulders and blaming BT. Will switch to Virgin. - UPDATE! Sorted now and a really good conversation about how to have better customer service conversations... especially around ND needs. Thanks, Holly!Nope... It's now 72 hrs with no service. The line is fixed, but the router doesn't work. A new router was dispatched in the post (oh dear) first class yesterday and of course hasn't arrived. So it'll be lunchtime Monday before it appears. Stunningly bad service. Will have been 5 days without Internet at home. Can't work, watch TV, my son can't do homework or gaming. Cuckoo, this is absolutely rubbish.

For our go live day, we did not receive any phone calls from the open reach engineer. He only stayed outside of our building for less than 2 minutes, took a photo and then leave. THAT’s ALL he did. He did not even send a message to us. We heard the second ring rung, opening the main door and waiting for him for WHOLE DAY. But he didn’t come. The appointment has now been delayed for almost a month. We tried to contact Cuckoo staff many times but got no solution. I think that is why there is full of negative comments for the Openreach.

I have been a customer of Cuckoo since April and the service has been faultless. I switched from Virgin Media due to numerous blackouts and drops in connection which impacted me working from home. I live in a new build so options to switch were limited. I came across Cuckoo and thought I'd give it a go as keen for a rolling monthly package which seems to be non existence with other providers. Router came on time and on activation date, plugged everything in and service worked straight away. No issues with direct debits either. I have not needed to call customer service once. I just hope that as Cuckoo grows, the company doesn't go the same way as broadband providers with mediocre service and connection problems.

I have been with Cuckoo for a while now and i have never had any issues with my connection. I have however had a payment issue and they were brilliant in helping me stay connected. The communication is amazing and everyone i dealt provided brilliant customer service. Even if i dealt with numerous people across the same issue, the information given remained consistent which is very rare these days, nice all employees were all singing from the same sheet!Cant fault them.
