We have used First choice for 15 years, they provide a outstanding service with a vast range of parts held in stock. With the introduction of the Post office delivery service any part in stock is delivered by 07:00 hrs the next day.The item of equipment and part which is hard to identify, due to incorrect or worn off data plates, they never give up until they have the right answer for you.They provide an outstanding service supplying original manufacture parts in a fast, cost efficient manor.

Just did a delivery there today and found the goods in staff to be brilliant

Found First Choice had the parts I needed. Ordered and received them promptly in US, what seemed extremely quick. Got the customer up and going much faster than anticipated. Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely terrible company, customer service dreadful, 3 out of 4 orders have issues. Customer service staff working from home you can hear budgies chirping in the background how unprofessional ! Order items online orders don't get processed then when they do go to wrong delivery address, deliveries don't arrive at all or pay for before 10am service and dont arrive till late PM if at all.... complain to customer service, just falls on dead ears, they don't care, but happy to take your money ... shame on you first choice, sort it out, weve already started buying some parts from elsewhere I am sure others will do the same with such poor customer experience.
