Paula is a fantastic Reflexologist. Her knowledgeable experience has made her insightful, accommodating, and she knows just how to hold the space in the room. She works her magic phalanges through all the intricate sections of your feet while leaving you space to feel comfortable to either lay in silence or have a light conversation..The second best part was gaining perspective through the debrief after the treatment. I do look forward to the next session.

Just had my first treatment with Paula and she is so welcoming. I was able to discuss my emotional wellbeing and Paula was genuinely caring and supportive. It was great to fully relax during the reflexology and benefit from a better night's sleep afterwards. I would highly recommend Paula and look forward to returning.

This was my first time trying reflexology; actually it was the first time I’ve allowed anyone near my feet! So I was a bit apprehensive but that feeling soon dissipated as soon as I met Paula. She is so warm, relaxed and friendly, yet very professional - she really knows her stuff! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking this type of treatment.

I met Paula on Friday for my reflexology treatment and it was absolutely brilliant. Paula has a great knowledge of her profession and my experience was that great I’ve booked again for 2 weeks. For anyone contemplating please go you will not be disappointed.

I had my first reflexology treatment with Paula today. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical and anxious as I didn't enjoy other treatments I've had with other relexologists and could not describe them as relaxing. Paula put me at ease straight away. The Therapy room was warm with a calm ambience, soft relaxing music and notes of lavender. During my treatment Paula checked in with me just to make sure I was OK. My treatment was absolutely amazing and I have booked more sessions. Post therapy session Paula gave advice on things I can do to improve my Health and wellbeing. I can highly recommend. I recieved a treatment from Paula three days after surgery on my nose, the treatment provided a soothing and relaxing environment that helped me unwind and alleviate discomfort. The therapist's expertise in reflexology contributed to reducing swelling and providing relief, while the calming ambiance allowed me to quickly drift into relaxation, even falling asleep within the first 10 minutes.

I have been to Paula twice now and after my first time I had loads of energy the next day I wasn't sore anywhere. Then after my second time I had the same burst of energy the next day, so it wasn't a fluke. My body feels lighter and relaxed all over. Got my 3rd appt booked and taking my mother for her first treatment.
