They sorted out my cordless Dyson in 2 minutes. Identified that the charger needed replacing and plugged in a new one. Bingo! It worked! Great place. Reasonable cost. These are the sorts of retail outlets people want and need.

Great service, our dyson ball had hoovered up something accidentally and stopped working. We took it here and they fixed it for us on the spot. Showed us how to take it apart should it happen again and offered lots of advice on how to keep it running smoothly. Would've ended up needing a new hoover but so please we took it here instead and saved replacing ours!

Excellent friendly and professional service. Bought replacement attachment for existing Dyson for £2, then at a fraction of rrp bought a reconditioned cordless Dyson with all the attachments. Delighted with purchases and bought in the knowledge that if anything goes wrong I now know where to go. Can thoroughly recommend.

I can't rate this repair centre highly enough. Sadly my hoover had been dropped. The trigger switch no longer worked which is a common problem. The repair was done in an hour and a half. We had the option to either pop to the garden centre next door where they had a nice cafe or a quick drive to the beach. The hoover was cleaned and serviced new filter and parts added. Our hoover is like new. Highly recommend will be using again.

I just visited this service centre and cannot rate it highly enough.Lovely lady and man who couldn't have been more helpful.Ultra-efficient.Diagnosed the problem within seconds and I was out within 10 minutes with a fully working machine again!A complete contrast to The Dyson Diagnostic Team who suggested I order several expensive parts or return the hoover to them at an astronomical cost.Amazing service.So glad I found you, thank you.

Brought in my Dyson Handheld that would only run for about 1/2 a second. Brilliant service. Immediate diagnosis was a faulty battery. I asked how long I would need to leave it and they said ‘2 mins’. They were right! They replaced the battery, air-cleaned the machine and popped in a new filter. The machine was tested and they also gave me some great advice which was not to leave the device ‘on charge’ all the time. This was super useful as having the wall cradle gives the impression that that is how it should be stored. Don’t chuck your handheld away but bring it here. There may be lots of life in your Dyson handheld.

The lovely people at the Dyson Service Centre in Upper Dicker fixed my Dyson this morning, while I waited, at a very moderate cost! They also answered all the questions I had following a visit from a company who serviced the Dyson and told me the motor was about to burn out, I needed replacement filters, and I should join their annual service scheme. When I declined to join the scheme the engineer 'fixed' my Dyson so that it didn't work properly afterwards. Thank you Dyson Service Centre - you have a new lifetime customer!

Great team at Dyson Service Centre. Fixing everything and servicing a couple of well used Dysons. Even helped me out with payment flexibility after I'd broken down! Excellent service and so many parts available. Highly recommended.
