I have been working as a qualified interpreter and translator with AIG for many years now. I can say that we have had a very good professional relationship. The staff have always been very friendly, helpful, responsive and easy to reach. Payments have always been made on time with no issues. From my perspective, what should be improved is the payment rates which are the lower side, particularly for using experienced, qualified interpreters, however, that being said, they are not the lowest on the market either. Overall, a good, reliable company to work with.

Very rude, unprofessional and unreliable con agency. They are exploiting interpreters.In response to the owner’s reply, my negative review was regarding “Shahid”, who was extremely rude to me. I did not have access to a computer and scanner to scan some documents and instead I took photos of them. Instead of politely asking me to scan the documents, Shahid was incredibly rude and condescending, he even called me uneducated. After ignoring several of my phone calls and emails, I completed the task for the sake of the client, however they refused to pay me for even 1 hour. In general, this company refuses to pay interpreters for their travel time (which in London, is never less than 1 hour each way), if this isn’t exploitation I don’t know what is.
