I've been using these guys for quite a few years now, as does my partner and my brother (he travels 80 miles to use them).They are completely honest and trustworthy, great value and provide a great service, always trying to accommodate you if you have an urgent problem.I cannot fault them and they are always my go-to.Thanks very much guys, keep on doing exactly what you're doing!

Great garage, kind and courteous staff.

Inefficient and badly run business.No booking system, just seems to be an adhoc call us in the mornings to see if we have space- which is unworkable for a working person who needs to know when their car will be fixed.It seems there is only one receptionist who can do any parts ordering or bookings, unless you speak to her no one else can help you with progressing. I spoke to several members of staff to try and sort my car, but none of them seemed to have a clue. The receptionist is not in every day.It took me a week to even understand what was happening to find t the part I needed hadn’t even been ordered yet, despite the fact it could have been next day delivery.The people I spoke to on the phone where stubborn and unhelpful, very unprofessional service. Made it sound like I was to blame.Despite this garage being an easy walking distance from my work, I will not use it again. Which is a shame.

Amazing knowledge, best garage I've ever used.

Made an arrangement to have my car looked at, was told over the phone that they could look at it the next day. Upon arrival at the garage this was a very different story. I was told they were busy and the lady at the front desk told me to drive the car until I heard the anomalous noise again then bring it back in even though I told her I could guarantee it would definitely occur again? They didn't even look at it. She also told me there'd be additional charges to have it investigated and that they may be able to fit it in at the end of the week. At this point I was incensed by the total waste of time and unprofessional nature that this experience provided and left in order to find a competently run garage. Would not recommend.
