Had a great professional service today. My stylist Kaz was very courteous and polite. I had a haircut, beard trim, hot towel face massage, eyebrow trim, nose and ear hair wax removal and product hair finish for only £37. I would definitely recommend Golden Scissors Solihull, it has a family friendly environment and the stylists are great with young and older clients. Excellent.

Accepting an Internet booking for 2 PM - To have me sitting there 25 minutes later is unacceptable, If you’re going to accept bookings that are nowhere near the time, you’ve given, it should be reflected on the website - at least two people left, including myself because they got bored of waiting.At 2 PM there were four people in front of me, this is exactly why I really hate to get in my haircut - if you are running your barbershop on a skeleton crew - that is not the customers problem.

I went to this place after seeing the good reviews. Akbah was awesome, meticulous, attention to detail and took his time to give me a fantastic haircut, waxed my nose & ears. I will be going back for next cut.

Ahmad/Ahmed never disappoint. I’m unsure how to spell his name but the one thing I can be sure of is in fact is his barbering skills. Overall I recommend this barber to everyone. The place is very clean also — always a bonus point

I've been using the guys here for quite some time since moving to the area about 6 years ago.Always friendly staff and really listen to what you want. I always have a haircut and beard trim. Full professional service with a full razor shave and hot towels.Prices are very reasonable for the service you get which is why I always go back to them time and time again.Would recommend them if you need a trim straight away as you don't need an appointment, just go in and wait your turn.Always pleased with the service.
