I bought a car a couple of months ago, the buying experience was great they were happy to answer all my questions and for me to arrange an AA inspection before I decided to purchase. Unfortunately the car developed a fault not long afterwards, but they went above and beyond to get it sorted for me (despite the fact that, due to so many previous bad experiences with other garages we came in with a bit of an attitude...sorry about that!), right up until the day I was meant to pick the car up and I called in the morning to ask if there was any chance it could be dropped off as I was a bit stuck, and the car was at my door by 2pm. Couldn't have asked for a better service

One of the most lay back and chilled dealers I've been too. Drove 4 hours to pick up my new car and when I got there the car was clean and parked ready for me to leave. The paper work took less than 10 minutes and it was simple. The lads there were helpful and a good laugh.100% would recommend to anyone after any type of car either sports cars or not they have them all

I just picked up my new from Reo a few days ago and I had a brilliant experience. Everything was so fast and I drove my car away as soon as the finance was confirmed, which was done in minutes and I was out of there in the hour and had a lovely welcome by the office dog!

I was looking for a Peugeot 508 auto diesel estate . Rio Car Sales had one within my budget. Upon arrival I noticed that they had a large selection of well presented nice looking used cars. The staff I met were very helpful & friendly. After a test drive around some rather narrow steep back streets I decided to buy the car. The salesman (didn’t get his name) was very helpful friendly & professional. .Including phoning my insurance company the whole visit lasted around an hour.So far I’m very pleased with the car.

These guys are exceptional valets. All the cars are really shiny. Don't let it fool you, if your car has issues, they will make your life hell trying to get your money back. Trading standards and the AA complaints line are contacts worth keeping handy if you do purchase.

Absolutely avoid at all costs! From the moment he purchased a car from here my son has had nothing but trouble in the first 4-5 weeks. First the starter motor and now being left without a car on holiday and not being able to get back! Resulting in a Recovery call out charge of £170 once the car got back to these dealers “apparently” there was nothing wrong with it. Funny that! A car doesn’t just not work! We are in the process of seeking legal advice and mechanical advice and what steps to take to get his money back. Avoid!

My daughter bought her first ever car from Reo a vw polo and within a week of buying the car she has had nothing but trouble. The breaks were worn, the bonnet was broken and was told by a vat registered garage the car had been in an accident as the bonnet and lights were on wrong. No air con. Also the engine management light was on which was a sensor. Now nearly 3 months in the engine management light is on again and the car is in limp mode. The car sounds like it’s about to blow. Reo Is over an hours drive and the only thing they can suggest is to bring the car over. The car will not make it! I gave a very upset girl and feel very let down buy this garage. It just isn’t good enough! The car wasn’t cheap either.
