DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!I have had the worst experience with this company. They delayed my bed delivery twice with no up date and no contact. I have had to chase them for an update. I ended up cancelling my order. Save your time and money and buy your bed from another business.My sales associate was Wendy and she was very unhelpful. Customer service online was equally as unhelpful.

I understand Sharon has been working in the showroom for a very long time. She is very knowledgeable of the structure, advantages and weakness of every bed and mattress that helps us to make a good selection based on our budget. Her kindness and friendly attitude towards customers really makes us at ease to assess which type of bed frame, headboard and mattress is most suitable for us. That makes us a returning customer for a king size bed after purchasing two single beds a month before.

Absolutely terrible. The mattress has sunk after 8 months. £800 wasted. No exchange given, the 5 year guarantee isn't worth the paper it's printed on. You can only pay for one of their assessors to check it. An absolute joke. Avoid at all costs!
