Recently had a full 1 hour massage here and was a great experience. Asked if there was anywhere they had to miss if any injuries etc. Lovely staff, very welcome and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Love this Salon! The girls are so friendly and they go the extra mile to make your visit special. Love that it's a one to one, nothing is too much trouble. Also Lizzie does a great massage! Love my hair today,and lashes look fab!

Had major problems with booking. I booked about 3 weeks in advanced online with a groupon deal. called a couple days before just to confirm, i was then told that they may not be able to see me as online bookings was for treatwell customers only which i didnt fully understand by lady i spoke to said she needed to confirm it with hair stylist first. Didnt call me back until i had left a voicemail. Then when they did i was told that they had double booked my slot. I understand that these things happen but i was only told then when i called to confirm 2 days before appointment, did not once recieve an appology for this. treatment itself was fine girl was friendly and chatty, the only other thing was I didnt get conditioning treatment when that was part of groupom deal just shampoo.

I purchased a voucher on Groupon and tried to contact them since Monday and tried every day at different times. It is now Thursday and I have had no response. I have left a voicemail and message on Facebook to which I got one reply asking what I want. I replied to which I had no reply. It is so unprofessional to not respond when someone has shown interest in your business and bought something from you. I could have been a regular customer but I have requested a refund and another proper professional business will benefit from my custom. This salon is not at all professional!

Pedicure, manicure and Swedish massage. Alice (I think,) made me feel totally relaxed we laughed and giggled. Great nails and an amazing Massage, definitely will go back, a lovely environment and lively staff

Really lovely salon, nice and welcoming. Barring an existing undercut I had pretty standard long one length hair, and now I have a beautiful a line Bob, which is a mohawk in disguise. Did such an amazing job, I love it. Really nice place, nice to chat to and makes a cracking brew. Can't reccomend them enough
