I've not had a breakdown in over 20 year, but one evening northbound on the M5 the car started misbehaving. After contacting Green Flag they sent Simon from Highfield Garage. He arrived much sooner than we were expecting, he towed us off the motorway, found a safe area to work, diagnosed the fault and fitted the new part in under an hour. Fantastic service and Simon was really pleasant, gave us all the information necessary to make a decision on the repair and whether to continue our journey. Definitely recommend.

My motorcycle was damaged when I had it wasn't so not happy at all

After experiencing my first RTC a few days ago, my car got towed to this garage. It was a definite write off, I went there in the afternoon of the accident to clear my belongings. Being the same day I was very shaken up and feeling quite overwhelmed by everything. The administration woman who works there was incredibly rude. She wasn't pleseant to talk to or at all sympathetic. I asked to clear my car out myself which she argued about. Then whilst I was clearing it out she came out and shouted 'Can you hurry up! We need to get rid of it now!' The whole experience was very traumatic and the last thing I needed was an angry administration lady! Hopefully I will never be in contact with this garage again.

Brilliant breakdown service. Alternator dead on my Sprinter. Attended within 20 minutes, old one removed and new one sourced and fitted within two hours. Can't thank the mechanic enough. Excellent pricing too!

Got rescued on the M5 slip road after my caravan tow bar fell off. Luckily no one hurt, only my caravan and car damaged so could've been a lot worse.I wish I got the guys name who picked us up, he was absolutely fantastic.Brilliant.

Broke down on the A38, waited 4 hours for the RAC to tell us that they couldn’t fix it. Luckily they contacted Highfield and, within 15 minutes, Steve had loaded my car and we were on our way. Very friendly and super efficient.
