Friendly staff. Good discount during the yuletide.

I use the pharmacy at Boots Bolton ship gates mostly and the staff are excellent, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Today my husband and I picked up our prescriptions that Boots ordered from our GP and text to tell us that we could come and collect at our convenience, no waiting. We then both had our flu jabs, how's that for convenience.

Dreadful service I called in store this afternoon - no floor staff so had to queue for till and request assistance (I had forgotten my glasses and was unable to find product I needed) Just got home to find I've been charged twice for the one product! Tried to call store to complain - as they would be closed by time I travel back to town - only to be cut off twice after holding for almost 20 mins presumably because it's nearly home time and no one can be bothered to answer the phoneOne very unhappy customer**UPDATE** Called in store today and thanks to Victoria issue now sorted - refunded for item.Now that's what I call excellent customer service Well done Victoria!

I needed make up advice and was served by the very knowledgeable and friendly assistant named Nina. She listened to my concerns and was amazing. I purchased items of make up and was given a voucher which saved me so much money. Thank you Nina you are an asset to Boots.

The young Lady was very professional when I was picking my glasse's had plenty of time with me. Very pleasant excellent service. Think she was called Erin. We also had a good laugh

Bolton's boots is still the same with no brands as you can find in manchester's arndale center . I hope they try to bring all that here as well. But since today nothing changed even after different suggestions or reviews . Hope they make the city center's one just like manchester's .

Great choice of products if a little over priced. Good idea to watch out for special offer like other stores to get the best out of them. Staff are on the whole freindly and helpful.

Highly recommend the pharmacy. They were able to dispense a private digital prescription through SignuteRX. Although they were not familiar, they were willing to learn and see what they can do, which I really appreciated because most pharmacies don’t even want to discuss a private digital prescription. Thank you to both the ladies working there for your understanding and flexibility.

Fantastic branch of boots, the best branch in Bolton. Hope this store is kept when the crompton place is demolished. Has a wide range of products for both men and women. Has many counters with different brands. One of their larger branches.
